Guest Post of the day – Neal N. Bob

Our good friend Neal N. Bob’s comment from this afternoon- too good to lose in the shuffle.

You see, there are two Bill Schmalfeldts.

One is the Internet badass, standing up to what he sees as evil, without fear or favor. The other one, when mewling to third parties (including courts) about the slings and arrows of cruel fortune, unfailingly describes himself as “a 60 year old man, suffering from Parkinson’s for 15 years.”

In his victories, no matter how fleeting, William credits his own strength, intelligence, courage and character.

However, when called to account for his own actions, he jumps into his magical disease circle and declares, “Parkinson’s! I’m not responsible for anything!” To read his court pleadings, you’d be forgiven for thinking that he was just minding his own business in tincasa when the entire world decided to pile on a cripple.

But going back to at least 2007 at XMFan (the furthest back I’ve personally looked) , he would actively go out looking for a fight. His current situation is instructive. For whatever reason, William decided that he was Brett Kimberlin’s avenging angel. Ali Akbar and Lee Stranahan didn’t go looking for Schmalfeldt, Schmalfeldt went looking for them. John Hoge and Aaron Walker commented on that, and William issued a declaration of war against them. It was only when the battle was joined that he donned the responsibility cloak of his infirmity.

It was only a matter of time before that carried over into the courts. And now he wants to use his own plea as further evidence of his own victimhood because William isn’t even responsible for his own words.

Without exception, Schmalfeldt throws the first punch and then hides behind his rolly-walker. He’s the very definition of a coward.

Any thoughts, Bill?

Thanks for posting this. And an excellent summary by Neal N. Bob. When Bill found out Grady was actually showing up for the Peace Order hearing he ran and hid. All the previous bluster he had been spewing all over Twitter was gone and replaced with him saying that “real men” don’t get Peace Orders. When Grady filed against Bill, he was too cowardly again to face him. Of course he sprinkles all this with a liberal dose of what a victim he is.

I’ve witnessed him playing this nut roll for nearly five years. It never changes and with every passing day, two things bring me joy.

He will find yet another way to beclown himself.

And he’s closer to his dirt nap.

Now, now, do not be too hard on Bill, after all he is suing Seven people in Federal Court for 28:1332 Diversity-Libel,Assault,Slander. All these people did “wrong” was to “quote” and comment on material that Bill had published and distributed.

If I had the time today, I would write a short essay on journalistic ethics. Sadly, I’m very busy.

In the last 24 hours, William and his cohorts went out of their way to publicly name a minor that they seem to believe was molested. Irrespective of any defamation suit that Mr. Akbar may or may not file, that seems to be of dubious legality.

Of course, I can’t speak to the laws of the several states that may be in play here, but neither can Schmalfeldt and Osborne. But it does say volumes about their ethics.

        That’s Ely!

And once again, William is lying about not knowing who Ely is. The “email” he quoted earlier this week exactly matches a response he got on Just Answers. Word for word.

This is notable in that it establishes that Bill Schmalfeldt is genetically incapable of telling the truth about anything. It’s also instructive about why people that are engaged in lulzsuits usually keep their mouths firmly shut in public.

Given the paucity of Italians in New York City, I can see how William is convinced that he has the right Virginitino, as opposed to, say, someone who isn’t on Google at all.

    Jesus, he’s a lunatic.
