    And here he is stealing and posting whole web pages from my wife’s blog:

    And to answer the question he asked: Why, yes! Yes, I have filed with the copyright office. It is registration number VAu 1-225-125, effective 7/28/15, which is almost two weeks before he posted that picture. Add Copyright Thief to the list of violations.

      Copyright exists from the moment of creation; no filing is required.

      Bill needs to be cut off from the ‘net, one way or another.

        You are correct, but you can’t really enforce it in a court of law until you register it. You can do all sorts of things like tell Amazon they have published something for someone else that you own a copyright to, and they will take action. But you can’t sue for copyright violations until you have a registration. That’s highly unfortunate for Mr. Bill, as I now have this registration, and there is NOTHING in his use of it above that qualifies as Fair Use.

      I don’t know about the ISP the Blob is using in WI but I’m on ATT and they have an interesting clause in their TOS: Section 5B: Suspension or Termination of Service: AT&T and/or Yahoo! may, however, immediately terminate or suspend your Member Account and Sub Accounts, and all or a portion of your Service without notice if: (c) you (or a Sub Account associated with your Member ID) engage in conduct that is a violation of any law, regulation or tariff (including, without limitation, copyright and intellectual property laws).

      Might be an interesting discussion, having an entire facility lose Internet access because one resident is a copyright thief.

    What do we call someone

    (1) against whom courts in multiple jurisdictions have issued peace orders / restraining orders, but yet insists that he is not a public personality for any purpose;

    (2) who has run multiple websites and podcasts and written multiple so-called books available for sale through Amazon, but insists he is not a public personality for any purpose;

    (3) who called a woman a whore while claiming to be a journalist and suggested to a child protective agency that the same woman be investigated as a potentially unfit mother because she had a still birth, but believes it certainly tortious and immoral and possibly criminal that an obviously satirical site asserting that his own late wife was a whore (although that is obviously untrue and mere hyperbole to any reasonable person who has seen a photograph;of the woman); and

    (4) who wants to know the addresses of people with whom he is in dispute while being self-proclaimed “excellent friends” to a convicted serial bomber (Brett Kimberlin), who blew a man’s leg off and refused to pay the man’s widow court-awarded damages.

    Now all together class, our opinion is that such a sub-human, if one can even be imagined to exist, is
