So, Apparently This is Ethical to Some People

Personally, I only find it partially appropriate for cops to use, but YMMV. And yes, I used to be a reporter. My editors would have FLAYED ME ALIVE if I had done this to people. That would be because we didn’t participate in yellow journalism.

Investigative reporters routinely resort to extortion? No wonder their reputation is only slightly higher than politicians’.

  2. So, it apparently is okay to use those tactics according to Bill as long as he doesn’t actually get the kids taken away. Checking my “Journalism Ethics for Dummies” book right now.

I believe that Bill has no ethics, that Bill has no morals. Bill also has no common sense or ability to learn. His lawsuits are degrading in coherence and logic as they accumulate. I think his mental state is declining rapidly at this point.

Yeah, the “anonymous” book with his photo on it, the clumsily forged email, the incoherent complaint, and the constant commenting on sites whose content he’s suing over are not signs of a coherent thought process.

Especially as he apparently expected us to fall for it.

      • Of course he expected us to fall for it. In his universe no one is as smart as he is, and if you aren’t a sycophant of his own incredibly wonderful self, you are obviously have an IQ well south of 100, and will believe anything anyone tells you.

In the real world, most of us have much higher IQs than he does, have had much more academic, professional, and personal success than he has, and are quite capable of telling his pitiful falsehoods from reality.

It was really sad seeing him pose as “The Other Paul Krendler” to push his TurdsRfood site. He really thought he was being clever and cunning and that we would all fall for it.

            it belies his irrational thinking
anything anyone has said in comments he didn’t/doesn’t is defamation and smearing his dead wife in his deranged thinking, (although no one has actually done that).
so then he puts up a site (or one of his buddies does) actually being defamatory and smearing of his dead wife and doesn’t understand why NONE of the horde commented or even visited it.

as many times as he has claimed “we only believe the lies told by others” about him, he himself only believes what he has been led or has led himself to believe about others, proof to the contrary be damned.

and crying about the same behaviour he has inflicted on others being reflected back upon himself just shows how much of a hypocritical pussy he is.

It’s just too crude to be anyone of us.

          • I disagree, as I’ve seen some very crude humor directed his way. Thing is, it was crude, but not stupid. That was the real differentiating factor. I’ve never read or even visited the turds site, but the excerpts I’ve seen elsewhere were just as stupid as Schmally’s many attempts at crude humor. Also similarly disgusting, and just not funny.

I suspect ‘crude’ was meant in a different way than you understood it – more like rudimentary, unskilled, unrefined, instead of rude or like a dirty joke.

            Liked by 1 person

          • Oh, that’s a good point. Having not read the site, the fact that it was such a crude attempt at deception didn’t really ping my radar as i read Dianna’s comment.

          • The problem with that site is that it is far too grotesque. He, or whoever made it, went way too far. I wouldn’t visit that site, nor would anyone that I know – and that would be even if we agreed with what the site author put forth.

But if Bill made it, it is really in line with a lot of this other “comedy.”

I haven’t seen the site, but have developed opinions based on how it was described by the author, or at least what I’m very confident is the author, and the only promoter of the site, Bill Schmalfeldt. I believe the temporary ‘clone’ sock is also the author, and notice it hasn’t been around since being called out as being BIll Schmalfeldt.

Same behaviors as with the book that BIll Schmalfeldt didn’t write, but was the only one who knew it existed, and the only one promoting it, and promoting it constantly, and then it turns around and files for copyright protection on the book it spent a week insisting it had nothing to do with it. I suppose it’s possible this is another ‘letter’ situation, wherein the freakshow hinted it was writing to WJJH for days, then the letter shows up and blows up in its demented face, and suddenly it didn’t remember writing it; even asked SG-pre-CU if she recalled mailing it; then after a bit of time, the ‘letter’ became a certain forgery because the signature, while not exact, was too similar to its own.

Long way to get to where I was going: No one whose brain isn’t thoroughly diseased and useless could possibly think you had anything to do with that site, TDPZ. That site goes against literally all of the very few rules you have for this one, and doesn’t have any style or grace, much less wit or talent, all of which you were blessed with in such abundance, you couldn’t hide them so thoroughly if you tried.

Likewise, HZIC couldn’t dumb down his many talents so thoroughly, nor could the zombie/lickspittle with the least talent in such areas create such a total failure of a blog. The TFS that cover a similar topic have all been successful. The all-but-certain author of that one has never been successful at this. The math is very easy on this. Well, easy for most. *hic*

Yeah. Crude fits, but I’d use “hamfisted.” It’s one thing to go charging over all the lines with style and wit. It’s another to just barge over them simply because you’ve managed to find them. The latter is reminiscent of Dumbfuck’s investigative process.

I’d say he put in a lot of work as KrendlerClone, or TheOtherPaul, or whatever it was, pumping the site.

I am not sure what instance is being discussed here. I was led to believe that Witless Willie had in fact called both the police and child protective services to report the Stranahans as unfit parents in the course of his so-called journalism. Was I misinformed, or was there some other instance in which the journalist merely threatened to do what he actually did do at least once?

  5. Exactly where was BS an “investigative reporter” other than his own blog or that of a convicted perjurer\bomber and adjudicated pedophile?

Other than that he has merely be a small town copy hound, or writing opinion pieces on internet sites where anyone with an IP address can do the same.

At some point, it has to end and he will finally understand that reporter or NOT he isn’t entitled to any information, nor can he control what others say and believe. But I just bought popcorn, so……

I’m sure Ely told him this was a great idea.
Otherwise, surely he’d expect Sarah to wait to be actually _served_ before entering any proposed negotiations.

Seems odd, though, because all the actual law-talking-guys who I’ve ever employed, they were very strict on “Don’t do anything until you’re served.” And “Whatever you do, do not communicate any longer with them, for any reason, once they threaten a lawsuit.”

I kind of thought it must be something they told all those law-talking-guys in law-talking-guy school….
