Checklist of FAIL

I don’t even want to begin to count how many fever swamp imaginings are contained within this series of tweets, but here’s two off the top of my head. 1) LULZ come from Billy’s monkey dancing. 2) I don’t have to contact *anyone* at all to produce those LULZ.

Bill just knows so much that isn’t so.

Hey, they should be scared of their resident – Bill Schmalfeldt may not have the world record for restraining orders, but multiple judges in multiple states have granted ROs to SIX different people for reasons including cyberstalking and harassment.

In addition, Bill Schmalfeldt wrote and performed what Bill Schmalfeldt calls ‘comedy skits’ that include cub scouts attempting/engaging in sexual activity including sodomy, and also urine. I’d bet no one wants that kind of monster anywhere near their grandchildren – or themselves.

And then there’s the issue of happy its wife died themerrywidower‘s relationship with a convicted violent felon, Brett Kimberlin aka the Speedway Bomber.

Doesn’t seem a stretch to think any who have discovered what’s now in their midst are quite upset.

  2. The only testimony to their fear is from Bill Schmalfeldt. Your mileage may vary, but I have not trusted him for years.

I can believe they expressed concern, but that those concerns centered around the conduct of the resident and what risks his conduct might create.

If they’re that worried, where’s the police report?

If it is his ‘duty’ to report suspected child abuse, certainly it is someone’s duty to warn the complex of what they’ve allowed into their midst.

But it’s different depending if it’s his doing it or the exact same thing being done to him.

Which is what makes that “complaint” so incredible – he included all the proof the judge will need to see that he’s angry when people *do what he’s *doing* back to him.*

He can only hope the judge doesn’t read for content. Or amusement.

He really needs a lawyer, someone who’s actually gone all the way through a case. (Note his shock and surprise that his criminal trials didn’t allow him to do what he thought he could.)

Lawyering’s not like Perry Mason or Matlock. It’s a long grind with lots of paperwork and *work*.

If he thinks Grady was somehow causing problems by refusing to accept a RO-violating package….He’s going to absolutely floored when he gets hit with 7-27 discovery requests.

Luckily for him, most of the questions about his military service, career, retraining orders/peace orders, criminal charge history, and medical claims (introduced by the complaint) will largely be similar…
