The Faildoxxing Shall Continue Until Morale Improves

Or something like that.

Somehow I don’t think I was supposed to see these.

And guess what? I. Didn’t. Lie.

UPDATE!

The fact that Bill CONTINUALLY faildoxxes people is just HILARIOUS, isn’t it? HILARIOUS!

Perhaps the Faildoxxer-In-Chief needs to realize that behavior like this is the reason why this website exists.

Of course you didn’t lie. We all know that, and you.

OTOH, there is a known and prolific liar in this equation, Bill Schmalfeldt of St. Francis, WI, formerly of Elkridge, MD. Even a cursory review of a web search result will bring up many. In its defense, I’m confident at least some of the proven false statements by Bill Schamalfeldt weren’t deliberate lies, but caused by it being so addled by the admitted dementia that it just doesn’t know what’s true at times.

From what I’m seeing of Bill Schmalfeldt’s online behavior, it seems pretty clear that Bill Schmalfeldt’s visits to reality are becoming fewer and further between, with each rare visit being of a shorter and shorter duration. How long before those visits completely stop, I wonder?

I’m not even certain I can conjure up anger or hate at this point. Just pity.

I’m not sure what’s driving this emotional process. Maybe it’s spending time over the holidays with my family, especially my father. He’s got his flaws (like we all do), but he’s never obnoxiously sued anyone because they hurt his fee-fees on the Internet.

Bill is wasting his last years in a quixotic, psychotic chase for… what? Revenge? Relevancy? Someone’s approval? Some sort of conclusion that he can point to and say ‘Yes, all my Internet flame warring was time well spent’?

I know the folks who’ve been directly abused by Bill probably don’t feel near as much pity, and I won’t ask them to. I don’t have that right. Bill has wronged them. But watching this… all I see is a pathetic old man spending his remaining days spreading as much vitriol and rage as he can, despite that fact that when he dies it will sputter and dissipate, to be forgotten save in some electronic archive as a cautionary tale.

The freak seems to have some sort of misbegotten fantasy that somehow, someday, it will fail to fail. It has tried so very hard, put more effort into it than it ever has into anything else, including raising – or even having contact with – its children, and yet… it continues to FAIL.

It concocts ridiculous scheme after ridiculous scheme that will finally – FINALLY – end up in something other than in total FAILURE. It puts all of its energy into bringing a non-fail to fruition, and it convinces itself of victory, this time, this time will be different! This time, oh this time, it will not fail, it will not be laughed at, it will not be shunned. This time it will get that respect. This time it will be the one laughing. And then…

        It FAILS. Often quite spectacularly.

Also, after alienating virtually all who’ve ever had the misfortune to become aware of its existence, we’re all it has. Without us, the St. Francis fungus is virtually all alone.

        TR,

It’s never been about hate. Nor pity.

I think “contempt” is the right word. And also, “forceful and immediate application of repercussive nature of The Golden Rule.”

aka “Don’t start nuthin’, won’t be nuthin’.”

  3. Perhaps he should consider the concept of doing his research BEFORE publishing, not after? I guess he must have been out sick when they covered that in JO A school.

Dug them up, Dumbfuck? That’s a screenshot of your Titter feed. So, unless you’ve got shovel marks in your ass, she took a picture of them on the platter on which you served them, Dumbfuck.

Are the Cabin Boy’s™ falsehoods deliberate lies or the hallucinations of a demented mind? From a target’s point of view, it doesn’t make much difference.

If a bear attacks someone, it doesn’t matter to him whether the bear is frightened and trying to protect itself or hungry and seeking to be at the top of the food chain. The correct response is to fend off the attack. Whether the bear survives to be later dealt with by game wardens is not the person’s immediate concern. Stopping the attack is.

Of course, it would be foolish to leave a dangerous bear roaming around causing trouble, so a call for help from folks paid to deal with such dangerous critters is probably wise.

means I did research and learned that I was looking at the wrong person.

Yup, that is why he faildoxed Ashley Allison as me.Then he did some more research, and realized I wasn’t her. He did some more research, and faildoxed again. He said I was Pam and Dennis Wilson. Some more research (I think he finally looked around on my blog), and he finally came to me.That was some fine investigative journalism there. It was almost three strikes and you’re out.

Hey, when Sarah Palmer gets her restraining order, will Bill’s landlord take that as “Three strikes and you’re out?” Because that will be three ROs in the first 4 months of living there.

He still has a forged review on a commercially unsold book in my name.

why on earth would someone write unsold book after unsold book. Why didn’t his large family and all those writers he worked for give any reviews – gee I remember him begging for people on the Twittzl to review he books offering free books (which maybe against the law but also was possibly against Amazon Federal Policies)

    Oh well….

As often happens when the topic is Witless Willie, I am lost.

Was the document that he published a public record?

If so, there is nothing wrongful about reproducing it.

If Willie accused Ash’s daughter of a crime that she did not commit, that’s defamation per se. Now Willie may have a defense if Ash’s daughter is a public figure, and he did correct any mistake by deleting it. So it probably is not worth pursuing legally unless you desperately need a little red scooter. But I wonder what he can object to in retaining a copy of what he seems to admit was his public mistake. Public comment on a public statement is protected speech, right?

Juvenile records, and usually child custody stuff is sealed like forever even when they are tried later for another crime as an adult unsealing those records in many states is not automatic

        I apologize for being unclear.

Willie is attacking Ash for having on her site a document that he deleted.

I am presuming it IS a public document that Ash is showing for three reasons. First, when Willie did publish a sealed document, he had an in. I see no reason to believe that he has an in with the Kern County Family Court. Second, I credit Ash with good sense. Third, it is not clear that the person charged criminally was a minor..

    • Yes, what he published is a public record. And yes, he accused her of a crime she was not charged with.
