This is one reason why lawyers don’t take on certain clients: the client won’t listen. One of Bill’s “lawyers” at Just Answers told him that web owners do not have any liability for comments, but he won’t listen. It gives him an excuse to do what he does

Hence the old saw about ‘the man who represents himself in court has a fool for a client’. If someone isn’t there to tell you to pump your brakes, you stand a good chance of getting into even deeper trouble.

Self-described HappyMyWifeDied TheMerryWidower should be ashamed of how it treated that poor woman, how it humiliated her by blogging every mortifying detail of her suffering, and how it was too busy on the internet to be with her when she breathed her last. But if it had shame, it wouldn’t have treated her so badly. At the very least it shouldn’t be allowed to lie about her last moments in a pathetic, and false ploy for sympathy.

He also seems to labor under the delusion that people are concerned about his LULZsuit.

Newsflash, DF: they’re not. Inconvenienced? Perhaps. Annoyed? Certainly. But mostly amused by your puffery and astounded that someone could pack so much FAIL into a page-limited complaint.

No one, ever, in the history of the world, has suffered loss like Bill Schmalfeldt. He keeps telling us so, over and over. Remember when he said that the loss of a monoplacental twin was worse than the loss of a spouse? Maybe he was right.

Stinky labors under the delusion that people are obligated to do what he wants, when he wants it.

of course this is the same guy who sent a letter to a Judge about a case he wasn’t a party to, admitting to onset of early Parkinson’s disease related dementia..

which he denies now having ever done, even though its saved for posterity.

which is why he’s doing his damnedest to shut Billy Sez down, kinda hard to hide your lies when they are preserved for posterity innit you lying POS.

dont want to see it? dont come looking for it then.

now rolly walk your fat ass to bed, tomorrow is soon enough for more of your whinging, ya big baby.

Oh, so he was in bed with her and held her in his arms?

From the day she died, not some fanciful tale dreamed up months later: he held her hand, and he was at the computer when she passed away.

Who is he talking to? I have never said anything derogatory about his wife, and have never mocked his grief. I think family should not be ridiculed. I do, however, think it is unecessary for him to embellish the events surroipunding her death as time goes by. He cared for her until the end. That is enough for most people. Oh, and CONTEMPORANEOUS memorilizations of events are given credence over later recordings.

it’s easy once you understand Bill-logic,
people here aren’t mocking her, people are mocking him, due to his own behaviour.
He can’t admit, even to himself, that his bullshit is mock worthy so he has to twist it around in his own head to make it something else he can rail about.
So the mockery of him (and his behaviour) becomes (in his demented head) mockery of her and WAAAAAWAAAAWAAAAAA!!!1!1!! he throws the next tantrum.

Bill’s inability to distinguish between mocking him and mocking his deceased wife is rather… Norman Bates-ish.

You have to remember that this is the guy that has told multiple provable lies about his “service” in Lebanon. Whenever he gets caught lying he just changes his story thinking no one will remember his last lie.

This is interesting. Mr. Schmalfeldt starts tweeting, PUBLICLY, on a social media platform, about his late spouse. HE initiated it, hurling accusations. When I noted here, not on his blog, and not in a tweet to him, that his previous blog post was inconsistent with his latest story, these inconsistencies are suddenly MY fault, not the fault of the man who wrote them. And apparently his subconscious is to blame, too, from what I can gather.

well it is hard for him to remember what he said then when he memory holes most everything he writes within a month of writing it.

that’s the problem with lies though, those who tell them, have to remember them, or they trip themselves up later (as Stinky does as regularly as clockwork)

Of course if he didn’t sit on this blog like a hen on an egg looking for things to be butt hurt over then he could’ve continued to lie to himself about how selflessly he spent her last few minutes “holding her in bed” instead of railing on the computer.

but NOOoooooOOOOooo YOU just had to point out how different tonights story is from the one he told then didnt you Spud!!

      do I really need a /sarc tag?

Kudos for being Johnny On The Spot though.

BTW, that is Stinky’s way of saying other’s start it, and he’s just responding/defending himself blah blah blah, basically “stop hitting me back!!!”

Which is what all bullies do. The moment you strike back, they become the victim.

Some of them even run and tell teacher. Or mail screeds to US Attorney’s.

One of the funniest episodes in the Deb Frisch mess was like this. She left an obscene phone message for someone…then freaked the fuck out when a recording of it ended up online. Billy has the same kind of fucked-up narcissistic mindcast.

“My memory may not be accurate. SO THE FUCK WHAT? That gives you the right to torment me by bringing…me back to that moment”

I have to ask, how often has his own bad public behavior been blamed (in his own mind) on someone else’s attempts to just document his own public statements via public media? We are supposed to read what he says, listen to what he says, and then when it seems to upset his sensibilities, just memory hole it because he has had his feelings hurt by his own very public behavior? What a lunatic!

When those, now admittedly false memories, are used to make accusations of wrongful behavior, it just might be relevant.

All together class, what does one call a false accusation of behavior that harms one’s reputation?

That’s right! I knew you could do it.

All of them. We’ve got plenty of documentation – forums back 10 years, his DD-214 going back 30…

He’s textbook. I’d suspect he’s been told this by more than one counselor or therapist, especially before he was let go from the NHS. It’s possible, I suppose, that NHS could get rid of/give a bad review to a “decorated veteran” without it…. I’ve just *never seen it*. Not once you’re getting into the higher GS levels.

His own recollections and admissions are amazingly indicting, and he doesn’t realize it until it’s pointed out, then he denies that’s what he said, (until the next time he says something about it, and especially if hes’ replying to someone mocking him about his denial.)

Therapy *and* a change in mindset could make a huge change in his life. But until he’s forced into it – he obviously won’t analyze the need on his own – it won’t occur. It’s highly unlikely to if he’s forced – but it’s not impossible.

“You can’t begin to change until you hit rock bottom.” He’s not, yet, hit rock bottom.

But it’s getting closer. And it’s all of his own making and the only person responsible… is him.

Except that’s not what happened. Bill himself started tweeting, in great detail, the events surrounding his wife’s death. GM questioned his story, in a comment HERE, not on BIll’s blog and not in a tweet. Bill responded by calling GM a name, and telling him he was wrong. I posted Bill’s old post. And that is where he did a 180 and blamed others for “forcing him to relive” his wife’s death, when that is not what happened.
