Some time ago, I left a message on an answering machine intended for the husband of Person S. It was a confidential message meant for him. He and his estranged wife live a continent apart. I am suing the wife for, among other things, libel, false light invasion of privacy, and misappropriation of my name and likeness. Person K runs a blog completely devoted to my personal destruction. He and Person S work together on this project of his. Somehow today, my message left for the estranged hubby of Person S is on the website of Person K. I am not sure how Person S accessed the message, but I am guessing she still has the ability to get messages from the machine. If this is the case, has she done anything illegal by taking a message from the answering machine of a man she no longer lives with, sharing it with Person K, who then publishes the personal message on his website?
Interesting that he soooo wants me to be doing something illegal. Wouldn’t it be just a kick in the pants if he knew that “Person K” has had ALL of the voice mail messages that were left that day since late December?
Oh, and he can stick his “confidential” bull shit back where the sun doesn’t shine. Nothing confidential about it in the slightest. But it shows his bad act to the world. THAT is why he didn’t want it to see the light of day.
