He does it in each and every one of his filings.

… and virtually every other action and inaction, in and out of court, self-titled happy my wife died theMerryWidower undertakes. But it’s not because the disgraced, repeatedly fired even from unpaid jobs, and fired from promoting and collecting donations for a charity as a free volunteer, and all around loathsome loser’s admitted dementia.

Nooooo… the toddler stalking holder of NINE restraining orders has a special dementia that only affects the fat freak’s executive functioning, judgment, memory, impulse control, and emotions; and causes hallucinations, delusions, irritability and paranoia. So, nothing important.

Just wait til Billy gets the bill, in the form of a court order to pay defendants’ legal fees.

    • Not to mention the chance, however slight, that he will be declared vexatious and ordered to retain counsel, or at a minimum get the court’s permission, for any future lawfare he tries to initiate.

Of course I’d really love to see the response if the court were to order a psych eval, but I know the chances on that are even slimmer.

Being declared a Vexatious Litigant seems a real possibility, especially once Aaron documents Billy’s habit of re-cycling the selfsame claims of butthurt in his lolsuits. After that, any complaint DUMBFUCK tries to file will be “pre-screened” for validity (lol) before being sent for service. (Same happened in the Deb Frisch case.)

The others? Nope. You’re going to have to get Billy into a criminal court before he’s forced to seek legal and/or psychiatric counsel. Of course, once Billy’s abilities to wage lawfare are clipped, he may very well escalate to even more egregious criminal behavior (violating ROs, for instance, or harassment, threats, etc.).

        • He’ll probably harasses people in states that have proven they don’t care about online behaviours.

          Yet.

So that might not be an all bad thing. It could get him dealt with, and make said state(s) update its(their) laws for the realities of 21st century life.

It would help if Billy’s victims made a habit of filing police reports EVERY TIME Billy acts up. Since prosecutors tend to be rather over-worked, it usually requires a veritable paper-trail (a pattern of illegal behavior) before the State will invest resources into pursuing the matter.

Another avenue is to keep Billy’s landlords at the Old Age home appraised of Billy’s behavior. I doubt they’d want to risk the liability of keeping a tenant like Billy around…because, hey, if this is how Billy behaves online, what happens if he starts taking out his temper on other tenants in real life? And what happens if the Old Age home gets sued, on grounds that they ought to have known the violent tendencies of their most corpulent tenant?

I really hope that if the fat freak ever has an actual valid case against anyone at some point in the future that the loathsome loser’s frivolous, vexatious, and special dementia addled lawfare come back to ruin any chance of being allowed to pursue it.

Jane, that is a virtual certainty.

I stand convinced that I could engage in ACTUAL DEFAMATION of him, admit to doing it, point out the exact places where I have hypothetically done so, EXPLAIN how I have met (or let’s face it – EXCEEDED) every possible legal standard and definition, and the Unemployed Broadcaster, Unemployable Journalist and DECIDEDLY DEMENTED DUMBFUCK would still be unable to craft a lawsuit of sufficient competency to make it through motions to dismiss.

            It will simply never happen.

There is no defamation is you are telling the truth. So, it is unlikely that Paul will ever defame Billy.

  3. Those of us who have known Cousin Bill for decades have always had him pegged…

    What’s that?

Oooo, that’s a *different* kind of “pegged”.
