Taking a Lesson from Bill Schmalfeldt

Once upon a time, way back in 2012, Bill Schmalfeldt was tweeting with the handle of @liberalgrouch. And guess what? He gave out a tip that EVERYONE who has a fear that their comments will be altered on a website should do.

And wouldn’t you know it? Somebody took Bill’s advice. Lookie here!

Well, well, well! Interesting.

And then something else happened.

My oh my! I guess Bill doesn’t like anonymous commenters much. So much that he likes to try to pin them on people who wouldn’t comment on his websites if he paid them.

And before Bill screams “But YOOOOOUUUUU changed MY comment,” Let me direct him to this lovely example:

That became this:

I would have edited that comment as well myself for the record. (No, universes are not colliding y’all.)

Self-humiliating and self-described Happy My Wife Died woo hoo TheMerryWidower has attracted the attention of some very talented, resourceful, smart, and scary people who hang out at places on the web that many fear to visit. The loathsome loser has been found to be a lolcow and a horrorcow.

The freakshow has, of course, done all it can to increase their motivation, including insulting their intelligence by posting what they already know is a pack of lies on their sites, threatening them, and trying to alter their researched postings about the grotesque ghoul’s outrageous and depraved conduct.

They warned the repulsive recreant about editing their comments.

You know he does not need a lawyer who specializes in Civil Litigation law but a criminal defense lawyer.

By his own actions and words Bill has impeached himself for any legal actions he might want to take or that are taken against him in the present and future.

When his press-ganged lawyer see this he will do a head desk.

About that “letter” bill is so worked up over, well I am convinced that bill wrote it, and mailed it. To convince me otherwise will require “beyond a reasonable doubt” type evidence. Since bill dismissed with prejudice the law suite that included that letter, good luck trying to get law enforcement to touch it.

  3. Well, he is about to get hit by a bus, but only metaphorically.

Let’s say that someone once satirically changed a comment left by Willie. Does he have a valid complaint that the original cannot be seen? No, it is publicly available at TMZ. Anyone who wants to can compare the original and the satire. Does he believe that the satire puts him in a worse light than does what is being satirized? It will be interesting to see whether a jury thinks so.

I don’t think a jury is going to be able to get past him reading about his daughters sex organs, his nephews use of rubbers, and the Ken White, Pat Frey violence article. And by that time, even the Microsoft letter isn’t going to surprise them, just reinforce their concrete impression of him.. It didn’t help that after 7 lawsuits a judge giving him a pro bono lawyer and after he met with his free legal team that he felt compelled to write why this is going on. Its to suppress free speech from people who disagree with him politically.

Its like he’s an insider expert for the defendants.

        BPO

Please don’t explain to him why it would have been prudent to have confined his utterances to his local bar starting about ten or fifteen years ago. If there is not a legal rule that bar talk is, per se, not defamatory because (a) nobody believes it and (b) no one is competent to testify as to what was said, the Supreme Court is not doing its job.

If Willie was a drinking man who said this stuff in his favorite watering hole, nobody would even notice.

I’m pretty sure if he had run his suck like he does on the interwebs, he would have gotten his ass kicked a bunch of times.

          • Not just kicked, but kicked out and banned, same as on the web.

But I’m pretty sure that he doesn’t do the same in person. Remember how he insists that if we met him in person we’d think he was “charming”? He doesn’t have the balls to say that crap to someone’s face. Especially since he knows (or at least has the low cunning to suspect) that if he said the sort of things to a woman’s face that he posts all the time online, multiple women over the years would have kicked him in what’s left of his balls followed by a good right or left hook to the jaw, and the entire rest of the bar would swear up and down on a stack of bibles that they saw him slip.

Which brings us back to his correspondent above. That was an effort to prove his point (ed head) by example; and I’d put money the poor imitation of his critics was an attempt to disguise his own voice, that or one of his pedoclub pals assisting.
