he will be held could be responsible to his lawyer for fees….

As soon as this bullshit IFP application is shattered, He WILL be responsible for his current lawyer and the fees & expenses to date. Meaning that because Schmalfeldt lied to the court about his finances, the meeter IS RUNNING!! We might need a ‘2016 $chmalfeldtian Legal Expenses’ running total bug on all TFS sites. He needs to know that each email, each phone call and each printed page he submits to his pro bono attorney is directly costing him money. This is going to be so beautiful!!!!!!

Anyone know anything about the Illinois Anti-SLAPP statutes? [REDACTED] Tennessee? North Carolina? Virginia? Maryland? [REDACTED].

  4. Mr Minority says:

The rate he keeps digging the hole he started, he should reach Maryland by the 27th.

So Schmalfeldt lost again? How HUMILIATING! Bill, is it possible for you to ever look in the mirror and see what a laughing stock you have become with, what, 7 lawsuits that have never survived a motion to dismiss?

    • JeffM says:

Let’s be fair. There was no motion to dismiss by a defendant. In this case, Willie failed even to have anyone served so there was no one with standing to file a motion to dismiss except himself. Having your own motion granted may not be a big victory, but it hardly counts as a defeat.
