The latest bit of nonsense from Bill Schmalfeldt is quite spectacular in its breadth and depth.
Let’s suspend reality here for a second. Assume that yes, this latest vomitous from Bill will actually pass both IFP and Magistrate Judge approvals. (STOP LAUGHING! That’s not nice!)
As a named defendant, I, too, get subpoena power. And guess what I can subpoena. Things Bill Schmalfeldt probably doesn’t want me to have. To wit:
- His complete military service records from the NPRC in St. Louis. Because I find it HIGHLY interesting that for all the times he has sued for Libel and DEFAMAAAAAAAAATION that he has never, not once, suggested in a pleading that anyone has ever lied about his military service in a blog post or comment. Or at least, not in such a way that damaged his reputation.
- His personnel files at his latest job, including why he left their employ.
- The records kept by the NINJANUNS including all correspondence from the Lovely and Talented Cindy in regards to any complaints about Bill (foreign and domestic) and the reason why he left said domicile.
And that’s just for starters. Two can play at this game.
