    Obligatory Bill response:

“Harlot, why aren’t you cowering in silence because you’re afraid of me?! If you were really afraid, you’d shut your mouth, just like I want!”

  2. He’s learned something, sure. Not how to actually correct his mistakes. Not how to restrain his weird compulsion to be creepy as fuck. Not the difference between insult and defamation. Not how to shut his fucking gob when he ought. But something. The wrong thing.

Why would he take advice from the comments of any of these blogs? With only a couple of exceptions, none of us are lawyers. None of us work in courthouses, Only a few even stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Frankly, this gaggle of folks has been pretty bad about predicting the outcome of individual battles in this long slog. We’ve all assumed that the courts would run out of patience much faster than they’ve shown. We’ve assumed that a judge would get at least a bit worked up about forged evidence or people who thumb their nose at them. Clearly, no one here is a legal genius.

So why is he so happy to take the advice of people who dislike him and want him to lose who are also not attorneys? Why would he assume such advice is accurate?

    • I don’t know that many people are making predictions more than they are hoping for desired outcomes.

Bill wants us all to know that he’s learned and obviously he hasn’t learned anything. He repeats the same mistakes over and over and we’ve seen how those worked out.

I would agree that Justice has been more accommodating to his antics than they should be. People on this side have become much more aware of that and have been resetting their expectations.

And yes, none of us are legal eagles, but at least most of us are learning at a much faster rate than he is.

    • It’s true that none of the wilder exaggerations have come true, but most of those have been hyperbole for comedic purposes. Still, we’re in double digits of granted/extended restraining orders, and BS has never gotten past a motion to dismiss.

If Bill Schmalfeldt learned from past mistakes:

    1. He would ask to dismiss his current LOLsuit with prejudice. Like, yesterday, or at least now.
    2. He would beg get on his knees belly and grovel before the judge in Maryland to ask that he not be incarcerated.
    3. He would beg get on his knees belly and grovel before Mr. Hoge to please please negotiate a settlement.
    4. He would be a no show at Ash’s RO hearing.
    5. He would stop harasssing and stalking people on and off the internet.
    6. He would stop doxing anonymous commenters.
    7. He would stop defending his most excellent Pedobomber friend.
    8. He would leave Twitter and the internet altogether.
    9. He would, after all of this, FOADIAF.

Some people never learn. Hey DUMBF5CK, BE WELL!

  5. John “Minemyown” Doe says:

I agree bill is gonna learn something new, he is gonna learn about the meaning of the words “Permanent Injunction”.

    permanent injunction

    n. a final order of a court that a person or entity refrain from certain activities permanently or take certain actions (usually to correct a nuisance) until completed. A permanent injunction is distinguished from a “preliminary” injunction which the court issues pending the outcome of a lawsuit or petition asking for the “permanent” injunction. (See: injunction, preliminary injunction, temporary injunction)

  6. The only “boner” Bill should be worrying about is the one his future cell mate has.
