*IF* his LOLsuit(s) proceed as Bill Schmalfeldt™ is counting on, I’m sure the defendants will become very familiar with Bill Schmalfeldt™’s doctor/s, and Bill Schmalfeldt™’s medical records. The vexatious litigant has put his Parkinson’s Disease (and, his overall health) up front and center. Defendants most certainly will have the opportunity to verify the veracity of his claims.
