Iffen You Didn’t Want to Pay the Piper

Then maybe, just maybe you shouldn’t have called the tune.

Plaintiff asserts that Edgren and the other defendants have taken advantage of Plaintiff’s understandable grief over the death of his wife of 25 years to throw around confusing allegations and charges that this pro-se Plaintiff can barely keep straight in his mind. They are doing this willingly, just like their constant blaspheming of the memory of Plaintiff’s wife is done for no other reason than to cause the extreme emotional distress they insist on inflicting.

Gosh. Everyone was just supposed to give up and roll over and give someone what EVER he wanted, right? Not supposed to fight back with all means at their disposal, right?

Remember, Bill. Never get involved in a land war in Asia.

I’m personally appalled that the seven of you just didn’t hand William $6.5 million to soothe the butthurt inflicted by your “blasphemy.” Seems the least you can do.

Can I be more adorable? Let’s see!

Every time I think Bill has done the stupidest and most self harming thing he could possible do, he proves me wrong yet again. World’s Stupidest Man™

And notice how none of his family or ‘friends’ want ANYTHING to do with him. He says that’s because they are liberals. No, it’s because everyone but Bill knows what a sick, evil, vile individual he is. Here is a hint for Bill. If even your family and friends won’t defend you, what you are doing is clearly wrong.

I of course do not necessarily believe what Witless Willie says.

If, however, his motion is truthful and complete, it certainly proves that even ridiculous lawfare is effective in chilling speech. [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] The American legal system is fundamentally broken and unjust: to be pulled into its maw is to be subjected to insanity enforced by people who benefit from its insanity.

      I’ve seen this movie before.

A year or two ago, Hoge was engaged in a court-supervised mediation process designed to settle this between two adults. So you see the mistake already. Bill published the negotiations despite the court ordering them to be private. Repercussions? Ha, Maryland.

It goes against sanity to expect ethics from Bill. Either you were crazy to do so, or you were crazy like a fox. Either way I need to buy more popcorn. I understand that either you were honorable, or playing rope-a-dope. I understand honor, but have seen enough of Bill to know not to extend it to him. Hoge has done the right thing and shown mercy how often? I do believe him when he says the ram has touched the wall, but it is to his credit and further suffering that he extended Bill the goodwill that he did.

As I’ve said before, and likely will say again, WJJ Hoge III is a better man than I am. But Bill has well established, at Hoge’s expense, that “no quarter” is the correct engagement. Mercy is for the masochist, Bill sees it as weakness that invites attack.

Much appreciated. Please do continue posting on other topics, however. 🙂 – TDPZ

  7. Land war in Asia?

Heh, we have not yet begun to apply resources to this particular problem, yet Bill is already squealing like a stuck pig.

Good thing he’s moved to terminate his IFP status.

        @ Avenger Watcher

I am being picky I know, but Willie was too WITLESS to move sua sponte to terminate his status as IFP. No, such an obvious move is still too deep for him. Instead, he told the court that he, Willie, would not “object” if the court elected to terminate that status. Anyone can see that the court needed permission from Willie, who quite graciously gave it in advance of any request from the court.

“Yes, excuse me, William? William? Would you mind terribly, old boy, if we mere peons of the United States District Court exercised our judicial authority and terminate your in forma pauperis status forthwith?

        “You wouldn’t?

“Oh, jolly good! We look forward to seeing that check at your soonest possible convenience then. Positively ripping!”

    • And of course, given how quickly he got around to paying the $600 to Patrick Grady, I would suggest that the courts not hold their breath.
